Hi, I’m Tami.
I’m an educator, movement teacher, and nervous system guide with over 35 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators. I created Move Into Calm to help build regulation, connection, and calm from the body up—using gentle, developmentally appropriate movement, breath, and play.
My work bridges neuroscience, child development, and movement, supporting adults in understanding what children’s behaviors are really communicating and how to respond with confidence and compassion. I believe regulation isn’t something we demand from children—it’s something we build with them.
When bodies feel safe, calm becomes possible.
